ABOUT MindStick Training

MindStick Training portal (a Pvt. Ltd. company, also “MindStick Training”, “we”, or “us” in this Privacy Policy) cares about the confidentiality and security of your information. MindStick Training operates the MindStick Training website, which consists of content as explained in Terms & Conditions and pages located within the MindStick Training web domain and its mobile applications.

MindStick Training portal allow you to only-

  • Browse courses and programs offered by MindStick Training portal
  • Create an account on MindStick Training portal
  • Sign up to receive more information about some courses and programs on the MindStick Training website
  • Enroll in some of the courses on the MindStick Training website; and
  • Participate in some of the courses on the MindStick Training website, including engaging with course content, taking tests, obtaining your results and any certificates, and providing feedback following a course.

We have explained the policies of MindStick Training Portal about the Data and Information taken from the user and applicant. We will also include how we use the Data and Information with third parties. Whatever our purpose will be while dealing with your data, it will only be for your well-being including hiring purposes and similar to others—clearly stated that the MindStick Training portal will not, in any case, be held liable for any data mishandling or theft. MindStick Training collects information from you when you create an MindStick Training account and/or sign up to receive more information about courses offered on the MindStick Training Site. For example, we require your name, contact number, email address and country of residence when you create an account. (You can voluntarily choose to share additional information in your profile, but this is not required.) We also require your contact details when you sign up to receive more information about courses, otherwise we cannot send you this information, and we collect information from you when you send messages to us (whether on the MindStick Training Site or on other platforms, e.g., social media sites). You may unsubscribe from MindStick Training promotional emails at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” on the emails you receive from us.

MindStick Training also automatically collects information about your visit to the MindStick Training Site when you browse courses on the MindStick Training Site, as explained in our Cookie Policy.


When you create an account and use the Services, including through a third-party platform, we collect the following data you provide directly.

In order to use certain features (like applying for a program), you need to create a user account. When you create or update your account, we collect and store the data you provide, like your Name, email address, password, city, program/courses you like to learn, IP address, work experience, industry where you work, phone number, and assign you a unique identifying number (“Account Data”).

MindStick Training also automatically collects information about your visit to the MindStick Training Site when you enroll in courses on the MindStick Training Site, as explained in the Cookie Policy.

When you enroll in a course on the MindStick Training Site, the Member that offers the course will receive Personal Information from your MindStick Training account profile.


When you access content, we collect certain data including which courses, assignments, labs, workspaces, and quizzes you’ve started and completed; content and subscription purchases and credits; subscriptions; completion certificates; your exchanges with instructors, teaching assistants, and other students; and essays, answers to questions, and other items submitted to satisfy course and related content requirements.


If you make purchases, we collect certain data about your purchase (such as your name, billing address, and ZIP code) as necessary to process your order and which may optionally be saved to process future orders. You must provide certain payment and billing data directly to our payment service providers, including your name, credit card information, billing address, and ZIP code. We may also receive limited information, like the fact that you have a new card and the last four digits of that card, from payment service providers to facilitate payments. For security, MindStick Training does not collect or store sensitive cardholder data, such as full credit card numbers or card authentication data.


We may obtain certain if you log in to MindStick Training via Google platform or service, we ask for your permission to access certain information about that other account. For example, depending on the platform or service we may collect your name, profile picture, account ID number, login email address, location, physical location of your access devices, gender, and birthday.

Those platforms and services make information available to us through their APIs. The information we receive depends on what information you (via your privacy settings) or the platform or service decide to give us.

Lastly, we can share data in other ways if it is aggregated or de-identified or if we get your consent.

  • With Your Instructors- We share data that we have about you (except your email address) with instructors or teaching assistants for educational content you access or request information about, so they can improve their content for you and other students. This data may include things like your country, browser language, operating system, device settings, the site that brought you to MindStick Training Website, and certain activities on MindStick Training portal, like enrolled courses and course review.     • Please note: even after your account is terminated, some or all of your data may still be visible to others, including without limitation any data that has been (a) copied, stored, or disseminated by other users (including comments on content); (b) shared or disseminated by you or others (including in your shared content); or. Even after your account is terminated, we retain your data for as long as we have a legitimate purpose to do so (and in accordance with applicable law), including to assist with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We may retain and disclose such data pursuant to this Privacy Policy after your account has been terminated.

We recognize the privacy interests of children and encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests. Individuals younger than 18 years of age, but of the required age for consent to use online services where they live (for example, 13 in the US or 16 in Ireland), may not set up an account, but may have a parent or guardian open an account and help them access appropriate content.
